The pitter of the rain fall steadily above me.
My eyes fight to stay open while my body struggles with the task of sitting straight.
My head bobs back and forth, as if the weight of it is suddenly too much for my neck to carry.
My vision blurs making me to see double.
It’s as if a perpetual exhaustion has taken over my life.
Everyday it’s the same – wake up, tired; go to sleep, tired.
Nothing I do seems to help with the overwhelming exhaustion that has become my companion.
